I agree. It's all about how he's 40 and this great personality that baseball will miss after this year. Nothing about how it might be a bit odd that a former roider might be a bit suspicious with how he's playing amazingly great at age 40. An inferior journeyman (a guy with the OC trifecta of having played for the Pirates, Reds and Indians recently) named Marlon Byrd got popped this year. I don't believe he's clean for one minute. He's as likable as hell and Albert Belle could've been a HOF if he was loved like Papi. His season is fishy as hell and it's rarely even dared to be mentioned.

Saw a bit of that. Gooden was my fav player and reason I always wore 16. A kid from our HS was selected in the third round by the mets in 84 so a lot of us kids started to follow them. Ask high, settle for less I guess. Just what a scout I know was talking about the last week or so. Cubs are really wanting Miller and a prospect but would take Chapman and him for Schwarber. Miller is relatively cheap through 2018 and Chapman is a FA so they want something soon out of him.
