He hasn't played in nine months. I'm sure he has chronic (pun) aches and pains, but it's not like he's currently week-13 banged up.

They auctioned a signed helmet by Bart Starr, Brett Favre and Aaron Rodgers. Pretty cool.

I thought that no games were going to be played at the HOF stadium this year. I guess this holds true now.

I thought Lynn Dickey was better but his numbers aren't good. My old Topps football cards must not have had the interception stat on the back

What's the deal with Bosa? Does he have any legitimate beef or just being a douche? If the Chargers are going to trade him, they have to do it today.

Chargers are horrible with their rookie deals.

I don't blame Bosa at all.

I actually do blame Bosa.

Bosa wants to be able to double dip on salary if he is traded/cut to another team. Most NFL contracts, when you sign with another team, your previous team will pay the difference between your current salary and the salary you had with your previous team if it ends up being lower. Bosa basically wants to get both the new salary and all the cash on the old salary which quite frankly for a rookie is an absolute joke.

With that said, I do not care about the Chargers. I do not think Bosa puts them into championship contention. He's not a QB; he's frankly making himself look bad.

Agree with sleeper, it appears Bosa is a baby. The deferred signing bonus is common in most rookie deals, as is the offset language. He gets paid if he gets cut regardless, so quit being a baby and play.

This. The Chargers want him to delay some of his signing bonus and have offset language stating that if they cut him and someone else picks him up, they aren't on the hook for the money in the contract. Which isn't customary for high draft picks, unless you're in San Diego, where they insist on it. When you're Bosa and you look around and see other high draft picks not having to deal with this shit, why should you? To make Dean "Jerry Jones' bitch" Spanos happy? Fuck that noise.

You know what happens after a holdout?

An injury.

Just sign the deal and get to camp

It truly is a bullshit punishment. You don't get a 2 game suspension, fuck up again and then get a 3.

Should've been 4-6 games at least. Goodell is a joke.
