Voting for third-party is like pissing up a rope gives you a warm feeling but it does nothing of value

I contributed to Donald's campaign and I contributed local it's my money I'll spend it to where I wish and how I wish

But rest asured that those same teachers get all upset when changes come down the pipes that make it more challenging for them when actually it means they have to do there job. I am in no way a fan of the current state of unions. I honestly think that they are on their way out as far as having much credibility. There is a reason why AFL-CIO is endorsing Hillary, after all. They are trying to hold on to the remnants of their political power, at the expense of not having the amount of pay-ins that they used to enjoy.

I think you've misunderstood the point I was trying to make...

In that case, voting at all is like pissing up a rope.

In one case, the candidate can't win. In the other case, it won't matter if they win.

The distinction, and why voting third-party isn't ACTUALLY fruitless, is that if enough people stop buying into the nonsense the two parties are peddling, voting for a non-Republican or non-Democrat can yield results. Moreover, at some point, it has happened. Otherwise, we'd be fighting over whether or not to elect a Federalist or a Democratic-Republican.

We agree that Trump is the man for the job but how we go about getting him elected is different because i like his ideas and proudly support them where as you like his ideas and name call. People will never take Trump serious if his supporters are rude and disrespectful, how can we share our ideas if we isolate and make fun of people.

Yeah, what weighs more to a candidate: Our $50 (give or take) or some big lobbyist's number, which has a lot more zeros in it?

I agree. I will give to local or county officials, who occasionally do good government...... maybe state on occasion. At the federal level it is always insiders and we've seen what that has resulted in: massive, interfering federal bureaucracies and a smooth $10 trillion in new debt in just 8 years. The good thing this year, though, is having the outsider in the race who really doesn't give a damn about Washington and its bureaucracies. Quite refreshing, and maybe worth a few donations, especially the entertainment factor of the left and the DC establishment going off the deep end, fearing a bit for their livelihoods................. sure enjoy that part.

IMHO the trouble with education today is parents who don't value it, not any issues with teachers. I would have no interest in trying to teach a bunch of kids who don't give a crap and their parents expect the teachers to fix all of their parenting problems.

Is it just a couple of dollars? I don't have numbers but I believe the reason we have cheap electronics is because Asia has super cheap labor and lax environmental controls. I'm ok with giving that up but I think that will cause prices to sky rocket. (The fair value stores at the mall make me wonder why I'm paying extra for their crap when I know someone else could make it for cheap)

Trump to nuke people who make fun of his fingers.
Maybe we need to go back to the time a politician could demand satisfaction when lied about and just challenge his political rival to a duel.

Again, are you high?

Building roads and teaching here in the United States requires that people work here.

Manufacturing something in Japan or Mexico doesn't require the work to be done here.

Those international jobs exist because the US companies who sell goods can be more competitive if their goods are manufactured for a lower cost. It allows them to drop their prices to the consumer while maintaining their margins.

It's fucking free-market capitalism. Are you actually trying to say that free-market capitalism is the "apitamy" (good lord) of "liberal America?"

That's not rhetorical. I'd LOVE to hear an explanation of how free-market capitalism makes you say, "Argubly the most un-American thing I have personally seen." (I just had to correct the atrociousness of that.)

At this point, it might be no less corrupt than to let the quickest draw run the town.

I persnally like the Whigs myself, best name of any of the major parties ever.

They didn't go to college to be told how to vote I guess. They are just relying on living in the real world. Too stupid to know any better I guess.

If you use '' around the image URL, it should show up. Not sure about pulling them straight from Google, but if you click "View Image" in the Google Image search, you should see the URL in the bar at the top of your browser.
