I don't mind the super delegates. During the convention they usually go with the nominee or whoever won their state. If Clinton has more overall delegates, they will go with her, if Bernie pulls out the miracle. they will flip to him. Same as in 08.

They are not formally counted until the convention anyways. But, they are a way to ensure a radical candidate does not overtake the party, like Bernie or even Trump.
Interesting enough, Five Thirty Eight did a story last month saying Trump would have been easy to stop under the D rules, as Super Delegates would have kept Bush or Rubio in the race.

Bush is the reason this is all in shambles anyways. Instead of backing Kasich who clearly is the best nominee, everyone got on the Bush/Rubio train, and frankly they just are not strong enough candidates to win a national election. Now they're toast and we're left to two crazy guys and a successful moderate governor. This is just awful to watch
