I have read several places that Herman wants the Texas job. The one article said that is the big reason he did not take the SC job in hopes that after this season the Texas job opens up. Granted it is just people talking but I believe that is where he wants to be. I would love for him to come to Columbus when Urban leaves. I think time would be a lot easier to manage in the NFL than college. You're not having to constantly recruit.
