LOL. All a business has to do is say "We are a drug-free work place in compliance with federal law". Easy.

I have kids and when they get old enough, I really hope I "catch" them with marijuana instead of a cigarette. I couldn't cope with knowing they've picked up something so deadly.

Lol such a dramatic *****.

If you catch your kids with cigs hopefully you punish them accordingly.

Time to move on QO, and fight a fight that is much more worth it.

Lol. You've posted on "cooking out" threads about how you like to have a beer or two with a good grilled burger, steak, whatever. According to Wikipedia...
An alcoholic beverage is a drink which contains a substantial amount of the psychoactive drug ethanol (informally called alcohol).
...which means that you're "caving to drug pushers" every time you buy or consume EVEN ONE BEER. But please continue. Your combination of overwhelming zeal and complete lack of perspective or understanding is very entertaining.

I think I saw a Gallup poll a few weeks ago where 60% of the country supports legalization. Time to grow up and move onto an issue that actually matters.
but i have a feeling issue 3 is going to get voted down.

Alcohol abuse is bad enough, why add illicit drugs to the mix? Why double the number of impaired drivers? Why add to the enormous societal costs that the addictions lead to? Why entice kids with a gateway drug? Their is some level of sensibilities that ought be retained in order to maintain a civil and productive society. Employers have a difficult time finding drug-free workers now, how are we to attract productive workers and grow the economy when we promote getting stoned? Having a free country doesn't mean you just do whatever the hell you want to do, at least not without ultimate consequences. We have laws for good reasons and mutual benefit.

Colorado says it is a disaster, but 'hey man, what do they know'...................seems to be the (incoherent) response.

It they refuse, they are fired, if they test positive for marijuana, they are fired. None of them had an issue with that. Happy voting folks.

For the love of god. 1930 called, they want their mom back.

Have you ever smoked weed? Never once have I smoked weed and thought "man I really could go for some crack right now". All of your blindness and illogical thoughts based on weed are conceived from propaganda from people who have no idea how it works. Do some research, grow up, and stop basing your thoughts on blind homerism.

He actually sounds like a responsible employer interested in keeping his workforce safe, something most employees are also interested in.

Hope that helps.

I am sorry, but you are wrong, in the first instance. And yes, I have done things that were wrong, bad, illegal etc... and then I did grow up, and I have done research, and my conclusions are based on all of those experiences and educations. Hopefully you and others will go through a similar evolution. The sooner the better for societies well being.

"Colorado" says no such thing, although I'm sure you'll post something from someone who gets their tinfoil from the same source as you.

No I'm not. Weed isn't a gateway drug. It doesn't make you want other drugs. That's retarded. There is no statistical evidence of that. Explain to me the difference in grilling out and having a few beers at your home and grilling out and smoking a joint? Both affect no one but yourself(if you are responsible about it) and both are the same exact thing. Sorry but you are blinded by your old age and blatant conservatism.

I believe I have already posted the article from Atty General Mike DeWine subsequent to his visit there. You can google it.

What about this article?

Doesn't fit your narrative, so best to ignore.

Colorado's own democrat governor said it was "a bad idea", and "reckless".

Obviously we could go on and on.

Yes, you could quote any number of politicians to say anything. I prefer statistics and science. Those are firmly on the other side.
