Alcohol abuse is bad enough, why add illicit drugs to the mix? Why double the number of impaired drivers? Why add to the enormous societal costs that the addictions lead to? Why entice kids with a gateway drug? Their is some level of sensibilities that ought be retained in order to maintain a civil and productive society. Employers have a difficult time finding drug-free workers now, how are we to attract productive workers and grow the economy when we promote getting stoned? Having a free country doesn't mean you just do whatever the hell you want to do, at least not without ultimate consequences. We have laws for good reasons and mutual benefit.

I am sorry, but you are wrong, in the first instance. And yes, I have done things that were wrong, bad, illegal etc... and then I did grow up, and I have done research, and my conclusions are based on all of those experiences and educations. Hopefully you and others will go through a similar evolution. The sooner the better for societies well being.

No I'm not. Weed isn't a gateway drug. It doesn't make you want other drugs. That's retarded. There is no statistical evidence of that. Explain to me the difference in grilling out and having a few beers at your home and grilling out and smoking a joint?
