I'm not taking a shot at anyone. It would be more on Pettine than McCown. It is stupid clock management to not run the clock down, leaving the other team plenty of time to score on your piss poor defense.

McCown played good enough to win. I don't like him, but can't discredit he has played well the past 2 games.

He didn't play very well vs. Oakland. They went into prevent and allowed him to move it down the field at the end, but was bad the rest of the day. Yardage totals aren't impressive when you have no running game and throw it 50 times (HE was 28 of 49).

This is why I'm glad there's only a handful of Bengals fans on the site. Wouldn't want to read our version of Footwedge infatuated (read as creepily obsessed) with AJ McCarron wishing he'd start every week.
