Jelly legs at the very end, but I have insanely flat feet, so anything high impact kills my shins

See if you can hook up with a small piece of high school wrestling mat. Lessens the impact and you can still move on it.

Started doing Insanity tonight. Hoping I can lose 10 lbs by the end of this. I have 10 lbs to lose but would love to lose more.

Hydroxycut... it is good or bad?
When it had Ephedra, it worked but it could kill you.

Now its just a scam.

Dead arms:

What's best way to overcome? Every bicep workout I do (only bicep), my left arm gets very week, especially towards the end, compared to my right arm. Struggle immensely with left arm. Again, only in bicep workouts.

Your left must be your stranger hand.

Stop being weak! Honestly, probably just time and building up the muscle, maybe use less weight.

I seriously don't get it. I've never had this issue. I'm using less weight, but I may start my workouts with less weight.

Here's another one... workout dick:

After an strenuous workout, is it normal to take a while to get it up for the old lady? If it's not normal, then I'll make sure to tell my buddy to get that checked out.

Depending on the length of the workout. At some point, cortisol kicks in (not optimal)...

Broke the diet for lunch today, and I feel like shit, and all bloated. I usually only have a salad. Today I had a bowl of mac-and-cheese, some green beans w/ bacon, a dinner roll with butter, and some pineapple. A lot more than I am used to eating.
