As for the Kenpo, you don't have to get anaerobic for it to do anything for you. At 27, my "weight loss" heart rate is 125 bpm, I hit close to 145 doing Kenpo due to being out of shape, but my wife who is a marathon runner stays right in her zone the whole time.
