Tony goes on mute for any program that I have done before. He is like Tony Perkis from Heavyweights but not funny. Great program though.

I just started Phase 2 this week and I lost 13 pounds in Phase 1! Feeling pretty good but have a long way to go. Soon I'll be flying like a Pterodactyl!

P90X is great. We did it through the 1st time and I lost 20lbs. Did it a 2nd time through, however I modified it and took out all the push up and pull ups and replaced them with a lot more strenth exercises because i felt I lost too much strength the 1st time through. Now I am doing the Insanity by Shaun T which is much much more difficult then P90X. I am basically using it just on the Cardio days. I train at an MMA/Jiu-Jitsu school also so I get plenty of cardio there :)
