Thanks for the advice all.

Dang I usually consider 170+ high for me. I try and keep it between 160 and 170 for an intense workout but I am 26. Not sure how old you are.

Started month two of Insanity today, is it odd that I liked it more than all of the month 1 workouts?

If insanity doesn't use weights how does it work out your back?

Did plyo today. I can do everything except ski abs, can not go to knees for it. It is still a great workout even sitting those out.

Not at all. I agree with you. They are tougher but def more fun to do. Seems like there are alot more moves in round 2, makes it a little more enjoyable

No that is just from month 1 of Insanity, started month 2 on Monday. After I complete my first round of Insanity I will do a P90X/Insanity hybrid workout.

About to complete my first week of month of Insanity. Whole different animal month 2 compared to month 1. I dont have the first week soreness of my initial start of Insanity but definitely feeling it. I do really enjoy Max Cardio Circuit though. Good luck to those still sticking with it!

I'm working on it, have had some issues with my DVD burning software crashing unexpectedly. I have 2 of the DVDs ready to go but I doubt that helps. Will try to get it figured out tonight.

On my second to last week now and I am really starting to see some big results in muscle development. Excited to get this last week and half done and move on lol.

On a side note, though, I am not sure if any of you saw that Insanity: Asylum was just released about a week ago. It looks like a pretty sick program and I think I am going to give it a go. It is a 30 day program so that is nice, and its getting some nice reviews already!

Took two and half weeks off. Started back up with Insanity Plyo today. Still doing everything but the ski abs. Maybe next week.

Looking for a good on-line track device for working out and tracking eating. Currently trying onlinefitnesslog.com. We'll see if it works well or not.

I'll second that. I just had my one year MFP 'review" where the owner of the site sends you a questionnaire after you've logged in daily for one year straight.

I missed something with you. Why don't you do ski abs?

Finished P90x last week am starting the next round today or tomorrow. Final numbers.

Weight: 224 to 185
Pants: 38 to 33 (could probably do 32s now.)

Didn't take before measurements or pictures because I was literally that embarrassed. I will take pics now before I start my next round. The difference the pull ups have made for my back is unreal. Arms and chest are comparable to previous states when I was weightlifting in college, with a little more cut in the shoulder. Overall much more cut and with similar size to when I was weight lifting. My legs and calves are much more shaped than ever before. I used to just have bulky quads from heavy leg workouts with no real shape.

My goals for next round are to be in the 175 to 180 range and maintain some growth in muscle and to acheive a 6 pack. I have never had been able to acheive definition in my lower abs. Always had 4 pack, which is where I am at now.

I am on it. And I noticed huge improvements the first weekend. However an Easter binge on Grandma's Angel Food cake and cookies has put me a bit in achieving a six pack. I have been able to fast 5 of the last 10 days.

Just rebound. No biggie. Most people probably splurged over the holiday weekend. Just can't make the weekend last a week. ;)
