Wrong. I have plenty of friends who agree with many views of the GOP but are turned off by their bible thumping image. As a result they vote democrat. The funny part is most democrats have the same religious background as republicans, but they know better and keep it out of their job.Spock;1744845 wrote:At the end of the day, religion isnt going to keep the independents from voting for them. So I dont think they mind throwing that question in for the religious right.

+1 it's time for them to realize that and move on especially with more and more millennials being able to vote.sportchampps;1744849 wrote:Social issues like gay marriage race weed and religion are exactly what will lose middle voters for the GOP

The easiest topics to understand are the social issues. The economy is complicated and not everyone understands. What are these people going to use to decide on their vote something they understand or something they don't. The media also plays up these issues because more people will watch what they understand

18-25 year olds went to the polls in the last election. It's the cool thing to do now. Old thinking like this hurts the GOP and your falling in line with it

I think some of you people are too worried about what the media wants you to be worried about.

Lol no. I'm basing it off what people my age say about the GOP. It's reality, sorry to burst your bubble.majorspark;1744857 wrote:I think some of you people are too worried about what the media wants you to be worried about.

BTW two people gave answers that if they win will be used against them in commercials
1. Walker not supporting abortion if women lives are in danger
2. Huckabee saying the purpose of the Army is to break things and kill people

A lot of people are getting butt hurt over huckabees comment. So many PC crybabies in this country. They can't handle harsh reality. With that being said, I doubt either win the primary.

Kasich looked good and was probably the only sane one on the stage. Trump looked like the idiot he is. He may be a great businessman but he is an asshole.like_that;1744842 wrote:I'm not seeing your top 3 at all.
If kasich gets more face time I think people will realize he is the best candidate.

Impressed with Ted Cruz.
Poor Ben Carson didn't get to talk for nearly an hour.
I like Rand but he looks and acts like a weasel.
Trump is a dick. Hopefully he bows out after this.
