Paul George is slightly above replacement level in the NBA. Wiggins has the potential to be a top 5 player in the league.

I brought up Paul George...because that's about where I think Wiggins ends up. And I would say Paul George is a top 20 player in the NBA. It's all opinion.

Paul George was top 10 in the league in VORP in 2012 and 2013. He's tied for 4th so far this year (behind Steph, Lebron, and Westbrook). So yeah, just slightly better than replacement level.
