Just mathematically, they will have a monstrous advantage because in-order to beat them in a series, you have to beat them at Oracle Arena. Forget about beating them in every game in your home building, nobody wins there. Truth be told, they can probably rest their starters on-occasion against Dallas or Utah in the first round.

I think the cavs and spurs could beat them in a 7 game series. The thing to watch is if they get Portland at all in the playoffs they have been tough against GS. And liliard could wear curry out early in the playoffs. The road in the west won't be easy at all for GS

Really low odds they get Portland. If anything, Portland will move to 5th over Memphis, who hasn't been playing well and plays Toronto, Golden State twice, at LA Clippers, at Dallas and Chicago. Memphis probably loses 5 or 6 of their remaining 7 and if they aren't careful, might fall to the 8th seed. That would be a joke of a match-up for the Warriors.

The Cavs beat them at Oracle last year in the finals. No reason to think they will be perfect at home the rest of the year.

I'm just simply talking numbers. Plugging in all the data, despite the fierce West competition, the Warriors will be massive favorites. Best bet for the Cavs is the Warriors draw a team who can stretch the first round series, they get a 6 or 7 game series with OKC/LAC in round 2, a 7-game slug fest against the Spurs in the WCF and they come in exhausted and possibly banged up. It's going to be a lot for them to overcome, especially coming off the emotion of winning the 73+.

Put it this way, I'll bet you have a Warriors vs the field bet available at as low as 2:1 on the Warriors. I'd bet the other way. There are too many other teams that are good and too many fluky things that can happen to bet on them. Look at the Cavs injuries last year...

I agree in general with this post. The number favor the Warriors heavily. I do by no means consider them A)not beatable, or B)not beatable at home.

I think the Cavs have the best chance at knocking them off because Lebron James. I typically do not bet against Lebron James.

I can't believe the Grizzlies are still the 5th seed. They're 2-8 in the last 10 and so depleted by injuries. Chris Andersen and Matt Barnes are fucking starters.

Clippers playing without Paul, Jordan and Redick (rest) and of course Austin Rivers has 17 points in the first 16 minutes of the game.

It was so enjoyable to 1) watch GS lose and 2) to see karma to green after he got away with mugging a dude.
Brad Stevens is amazing. Boston is a scorer away from being so scary good.

Couldnt beleive Green got away with shoulder charging Smart on the last play to free Klay. That was so ridiculous. So glad Curry missed and that play didn't cost Boston.

Blake Griffin with his return to the Clippers was 8th on their team in scoring.

Looks thinner (not in a good way, doesn't look as strong)

At what point does Kevin Durant become Dominique Wilkins? Maybe not the right comparison. Allen Iverson? Deep in this game at Houston he called for the ball and then passed an attempt up and shot clock violation. Next time threw ball away to Harden.

Two of the top players in the league and not a ton else but at some point his resume viewing will drop a bit due to no championships.

For the season now...OKC is -2 on the season in the 4th quarter scoring compared to their opponents

The terrible TWolves only scored 76 but Wiggins had 30 and KAT 11/21/9/3
