They need to be held to higher standards. It seems like a lot of these guys get tenure and don't want to improve their officiating. They rather be right than get the right call.

I don't think its that bad overall. Yes the OKC Spurs ending was a disaster, but that is just an outlier. People tend to focus on the mistakes rather than when they normally do a good job.
