He won't be in anywhere near game shape,if they want to use his 6 fouls maybe.

Kyrie stated it will be a team effort to stop Curry, and he will obviously start on him.

That would be a mistake...Curry will torch KI.

I would assume Shump at first? Then LeBron if needed.

I would hope. But what I posted was a quote from Irving. Basically, he will start on him...

Bad idea if true. Doubt Blatt is that dumb.

No surprise here....Thompson has been diagnosed with a concussion and will have to go through the league's protocol.

Curry is averaging 29/6/5. I don't think anyone is stopping him

I don't think anyone is going to "stop" him but I also don't expect him to go wild against the Cavs defense.

I dont know, when he's feeling it he can make it from anywhere. Not what we can do to stop that if he starts to get hot.

Proclaiming them one of the best after one year is crazy. I stated if the keep this up after a few years we can discuss this.

For Example, Andrew Bynum had a good couple years, is he one of the greatest of all time?

He won't even come close to that. Shumpert will hold him under 20 ppg

What we can do is put a 6'8 freak of nature on him.

I love the fact that it seems like not too many are giving the Cavs a snowball's chance in Hell of winning this series. Bay area already has their championship parade in the works.

I'm not seeing the same thing at all.

A lot of people are saying Cavs should win with the klay injury for GS

Speaking of that...what's Klay's status?

I'd say that both sides of that coin are speaking out of ignorance more than anything else. On one hand, Golden State has been an excellent team this year, but Cleveland does have the best player in the series on their team and, due to having had to deal with key injuries all postseason, have a bunch of role players who are at the top of their game right now. On the other hand, it's a pretty decent break until the finals start and gauging a team's chances due to how one of their main guys recently suffered a concussion kind of seems stupid. He could be out for a while, or he could be back game one and look great. That all depends on the severity of the concussion and/or if he has a history of them, causing this one to magnify in severity.

Everything I've heard/read expect Klay to be back from Game 1.

Right, it is a concussion, not an "injury". No way he doesn't play.

Yeah, I don't know how we'll even have a chance to win a game, let alone the series against the Warriors. They're just so amazing... *sarcasm*

It wouldn't surprise me at all to see the Cavs sweep the Warriors. Game 1 will tell us how the series will go but if the Cavs win Game 1 in easy fashion, you can bench the entire team besides Lebron and still cake walk to a 4 game sweep. I don't think the Warriors have a snowballs chance in hell of winning 4 games out of 7 against the Cavs; no fucking chance.

Even if the Cavs lose a close one tomorrow, I'll still have confidence they will win this series. Only way I get into "uh oh" mode is if they get smoked in Game 1 and look totally lost or are down 0-2 (even if the games are close) coming back to Cleveland.

I think with the layoff the team that relies more on the outside jumper (GS) will start slower.
If the cavs can build up a decent lead before GS starts to find it then they can steal game 1.
