Tribe was playing great ball until we trotted that bum Marcum out there today. I also wouldn't mine seeing Chis put out to pasture.
Hopefully things turn back around today.

We need runs like we just had. Winning 6 of the last 7, I do believe 8 of the last 10. String a month or so of that together we could be back in the wild card race and be a legitimate contender for a spot. But yea....Marcum looks like doo-doo right now.

Whatever happened to his finger on the HBP I think actually was bad. The two off speed stuff he threw (fielder and the 0-2 to beltre) had almost no bite/downward movement. Both were hit hard.

Tribe finds yet another way to lose....this time failure of the guys you normally count on to get a hit, or in two cases, just to get the ball in play. Brantley goes 0-5, including leaving the bases loaded (K's with 1 out) and hitting a weak tapper back to the mound to end the game with Kipnis in scoring position. And then there is Brandon Moss....SMH.

Carrasco has been awesome today. Saving the pen, and getting his 6th win.
A shame Kipnis won't get player of the month for May. Tough to have a better nonetheless and be as hot as he has been for a stretch of 31 days, but Fielder probably has it locked up...
