Reds get runners thrown out at home in both the 3rd and 4th. I think both were decent risks and the defense made the needed plays.
Negron has 3 foul fly balls caught today. I wonder if that sets the MLB record for most foul flies caught in a players first start at 1B?

Cueto with 81 pitches thru 6 with a 2-0 lead now. Can he get thru 8 and keep them at zero runs?

He had to grind a bit today. But he showed why he's potentially worth the money. I wonder if the Reds go up more than 3, if he will finish it? 107 pitches through 8.

Schumaker with a pinch hit. Stop the presses. Watch the Reds score like 10 runs in this game and will get owned by the phenom Rodon in game 2.

I'm thinking the outfield in game 2 will be Byrd, Schumaker, and Boesch. Barnhart at C, and the infield Votto and what other 3?

Should be the normal lineup. The White Sox suck. You can't afford to risk a terrible effort offensively, especially with Shitquis on the mound.

IMO, it should be...
CF Hamilton
1B Votto
3B Frazier
DH Mesoraco
LF Byrd
2B Phillips
SS Cozart
C Barnhart
RF Boesch
Will it be? Unfortunately, I'd say Bruce because he hits lefties decently, but not this year, and he stunk in game 1.
