I don't see any advantages to being white, at least not institutionalized systematic advantages that minorities get(AA, diversity programs, quotas, reduced requirements, etc). My advantages in life were getting two parents that actually cared about me and my education; additionally they encouraged me that hard work, seizing opportunities, and playing by the rules would lead to a much better life. If that's an advantage, if that's considered "privileged", because my parents happen to be white, then that says a lot more about minorities than it does white people.
If minorities want to talk about equal opportunity, they can start by acting in good faith to remove the racist, bigoted policies that directly benefit them and I will do my part in figuring out what racist, bigoted advantages I receive. Currently, the only advantage I can think of was already mentioned and that was being blessed with two great parents.
