I'd have to say this is the weakest group of teams/conferences as a whole in quite a while. Bracketology will be crazy as hell this year!

I'm already looking forward to guessing what time my bracket will be blown up. I'm definitely taking Thursday and Friday off this year to just watch all this shit go down. I'm guessing at least a couple 2 and 3 seeds go down first game.

I picked ISU to go to the finals or win it all last year can't remember. I also picked 2 or 3 of their guys for our OC Player Pickem. Fuck them. Same as New Mexico 2 years ago.

Did you see the latest Bracketology from Lunardi? Probably won't end up that way, but Kansas was rewarded with a bracket of #2 MSU, #3 Kentucky, #4 Duke, and #5 Texas. If KU ended up with that bracket, Bill Self would be super pissed. Probably been talked about but AK defending dukes handling is hilarious, because if his player was the one being tripped on purpose, he'd throw a fit.

It will be very interesting if UK gets a 4 or 5 seed and is in the Louisville region. That could be a brutal draw for a 1-seed. Obviously, a regional in Philadelphia would be huge if Villanova can get past the first weekend.

UNLV Freshman Derrick Jones ruled ineligible. NCAA declared his ACT invalid. Will be curious to see what they do. He's played 30 games this year. It's the Derrick Rose situation exactly. NCAA previously declared him eligible last summer and are reneging it now.

Principle. And yes it's unfair, the NCAA fucking ruled him eligible. Later evidence found the test was invalid. People hammer Memphis for the Rose thing, but they have to realize that this could literally happen to any player.
