LOL.

The SEC could go 0-13 in bowl games this year and they'd still end up with the most pre-season ranked teams. It's really sad that people think the SEC is some super conference; most of the teams are garbage just like every other conference.

I haven't been following the Missouri story. What happened to actually cause the unrest?

There were some racist incidents on campus that students didn't feel the president took seriously enough so they interrupted a parade he was in to talk to him. He wouldn't cave and stop the parade to listen to their stupidity. So some idiot stopped eating to force him to resign. That didn't work so the football team said they participate in football until he resigned.

I keep seeing the same people who support these Missouri protests are bashing the Christians who are upset about the Starbucks cups. Now I don't support either outrage, but what's the difference between the two? Both sides (Missouri students and Christians) are just upset to get upset because PC.

I have only seen one idiot complaining about the Starbucks cup. I've seen tons of people complaining about people complaining about the stupid cup.

IOWA being that high is surprising. But nice for the overall rep of the Big 10

Worst part of that is all the people that beat those teams are credited with beating a "tough" SEC opponent and only hear about their ranking at the time of their defeat.

@espn: For the first time, the SEC doesn't have at least a share of the most teams in the CFP rankings.

Big Ten: 6
American: 4
Big 12: 4
SEC: 4

Setting it up so the winner of the B1G gets in no matter which division they come from.

As it should be. Best conference in the country.

IMO...

Unless it's a crazy upset, the champions of the SEC and the B1G will always be in.

Bama at 2 is a joke. They lost to fucking OLE MISS. They are three spots ahead of an undefeated team in arguably the best conference in the country.

Sec bias smh.

Last week Iowa at 9 and Florida 10.

Iowa beats 4-4 Indiana 35-27.
Florida beats 3-5 Vanderbilt 9-7.

Iowa jumps 4 spots to #5 and Florida falls 1 spot to #11.

Were they trying to correct a mistake from last week? Did they feel like Iowa should have been higher to begin with?

IMO, if Baylor beats Oklahoma, they will jump Iowa (vs Minnesota) and Notre Dame (vs Wake Forest).

I doubt Iowa even makes it into the B1G title game without a loss.

That was the case last week too. Not saying Florida should be ahead of Iowa but how does a win against Indiana merit a 4 spot jump? Utah also had a win over a 4-4 team in Washington and jumped up two spots, leapfrogging Florida.

Oklahoma St is undefeated but ranked behind Stanford.

I really think this committee just puts their rankings out to get people talking.

Losing at home to Minnesota and/or at Nebraska?

Win for Nebraska would make them bowl eligible...
