Agree. I think this had to happen. Time to clean house and start rebuilding from the ground up the public image of this program. It's so sad to read about crap like this.

This is going to end awful for them. The firestorm from media/students/potential athletes will be unreal. Hope if they bring him back...the NCAA nails them with a death penalty as soon as he's hired back.
It's crazy how much outside money runs universities. Basically it's donors strong-arming saying "Bring back Briles...or we'll pull our money". And these guys are going to cave.

Michigan cancels a series with Arkansas so it can play Notre Dame again, starting in 2018.

Loved what Finnebaum did
Saban got so pissed because someone finally called him out on his unethical shit.
Cam Robinson had drugs and stolen weapons on him, but no worries guys, saban will just handle it internally!
Cam Robinson is good at football, that's why saban isn't suspending him.

I've liked Finebaum ever since he stated, on the SEC Network, that "OSU simply manhandled the best the SEC had to offer" in the 2014 national semis...and this exchange with Saban is great!

It's usually good to have a plan at that position if you're looking to be on the short list of legit contenders. Last year's OSU team was a good bit better than this year's Michigan team on paper, but they didn't make the playoffs, in large part (IMO) because they really weren't able to have a cohesive plan at QB for much of the year (the offense struggled a lot under the Barrett/Jones platoon and when it looked like they were ready to take off under Barrett, he got the DUI and it seemed they were back to square one after that). The Wolverines return a bevy of experience from last season's 10-3 team but are still looking for a starting quarterback.
