Yeah, great way to advertise! I love seeing the same fucking commercial 20 times over the course of a game. Put in my earbuds to listen to some sports radio during lunch, more ads! Read on the web, FanDuel popups and banners!

It's fucked.

Automatik;1757149 wrote:Because of the incessant advertising. People can piss their money away all they want, I'm fine with that.

All the non-stop commercials plus all the non-stop articles on any sports-related sites either promoted by them or talking about them being investigated. I have no problems with fantasy, daily fantasy or whatever, but it's just so fucking obnoxious now. ESPN is in bed with one of them, while Yahoo has their own thing and they have a fucking pop-up ad show up regularly telling you how many hours you have left to GET IN ON THE ACTION. Fuck you, you fucking cunthole whoresons, if I want to do something, I'll find it; don't shove it down my throat every damn minute.

Deadspin gets out the funny stories, though!

Complain all you want, it has blown up because of it. And it's 10000x better and more fun than season long.

I will be pissed if it gets shut down, but I do hope they limit the maximum entry to like 10 for any given tournament.

An entry limit would be nice and definitely even the playing field.

I'm really holding out hope. Would make it WAY more about skill than it is now, if that's the angle they try to use to say it's not gambling. I would feelin have a legit shot in major tournaments, because douchbags are less likely to waste money on crap lineups and hope one hits it big when you can only put in X amount. A sit stands, maxdalury fucking just plays 500 entries and obviously one of them will have a top 5 combination a ton of times.

Last week Fanduel had a few tournaments that were only single entry

I took my money out because I don't want this to become another Black Friday and find out they don't have enough money to cover how much is owed.

The single entry tournaments are where the future is. That's the argument to make if you want to make it all about skill. The obvious downside is...I'm not sure there is enough business to have so many companies running daily fantasy if you eliminate multiple entries. These sites absolutely love touting their guaranteed prizes and number of participants. That takes a huge hit if you limit it to single entries.

Now, if push comes to shove...what if all daily fantasy vendors unite?

Vick has -6 yards passing in the first half

Steelers defense pretty legit today but Cardinals are the superior team on the field without Ben.

To be fair, the Bengals have started with a short field all day.

Landry Jones with an A- effort (tremendous back up)...and a kicker hitting from over 50 in Pittsburgh...down the middle?

I'll take it.

Are you done being overly dramatic about the steelers for now?
