Now... this is place is a near ghost town! You visit this site now and you're lucky if you find 5 new threads in Serious Business and 2 new threads in College Football.

Serious question here.... Did the trolls (we all know who you are / YOU know who you are) ruin/kill this site?!?!

I say so. It was only a matter of time before people got fed up with the douchery on this site and left. You have ignorant trolls/internet-bullies who always have to 'flex their internet testicles' and cyber bully other posters; and now I think what you've found is a ghost town of 'internet hardasses' left to troll themselves.

So sad. Used to love this place and it was 1 of my 2 go to sites. Now sites like Eleven Warriors where you can actually hold an intelligent conversation with other posters and discuss differing opinions have left this site in the dust. It's sad... Because all this site needed was a little moderation (this isn't a shot at Justin... 1 man can't police this site), but had the trolls been dealt with early on, I think this site would still be a metropolis.

lol. As soon as I figured out this place was full of try-hards that thought they were as deep as an ocean, I hardly visited.

A good forum needs a couple good trolls. Unfortunately, everyone here thinks that they're the good one.

Site is pretty much the same as it was from the beginning, a lower level Minor League site.

...seems to me that this site got popular when JJ huddle started charging people to post and eventually moved on other sites like Yappi and the OC. There is a lot more sports activity on Yappi, so a lot of people then migrated there while others found a home here and have more things to talk about than just sports...IMO

you guys just made the Op point. This place has more trolls than quality posters.

True. It was hopping when it was FreeHuddle and then Justine got intimidated into changing the name.

The HS sports talk on this site is non existant. On yappi it isnt too bad. Yapp has surpassed the puddle on being the place for talk of HS sports statewide. Both suck though in the every day and pro/college talk. OC does a better job in that respect.

There is a small but vocal band of trolls (with a handful of moderators in their back pockets) that have destroyed this place with their coordinated campaign to silence any and everyone that isn't in their little tribe.

With moderator muscle behind them they have been given carte blanche to bully and silence everyone into submission.

We know who they are, and what they have done to the site is disgraceful.
