Foles played well today for the Rams in a win over the Seakhawks.
Could have had him but 36 year old McCown coming off a 1-10 season was deemed a better option by Ray Farmer.

The Bills invested heavily in offensive weapons this off-season to supplement shaky QB play, came out and whooped the Colts on opening day with all of their offensive acquisitions playing well.
Ray Farmer decided offense is overrated and put his money and resources into a bad defense.

Just stunning. The hard part is you can't even think of an area they might legitimately be wrong.On NFL Radio this morning (9/17, 8 am hour), Ross Tucker and Bugger McFarland were discussing the Browns skill positions. Their conclusion was that the Browns:
---RB's, as a group, were THE WORST in the NFL
---WR's, as a group, were THE WORST in the NFL

---QB's, as a group, were THE WORST in the NFL
