With Rookies, you want to see good habits (IE staying late etc....) That's a good sign, he should continue to do this and hopefully this will lead him to being a good player. Even if Mingo isn't great, he was our most productive edge rusher last year on a per snap basis. Even if that's not overall productiveness, it is irrefutably, at a minimum, not "shitty".
As I said, the only reason I brought him up was because of the OC hypocrites ready to deem one player a bust, before he took a snap, over another who was a top 10 pick and can't get on the field. I can excuse you younger guys though, because you're used to this culture of losing and accept top 10 "impact" players as "contributors." Some of us want/expect more. I think this site in the only group of nuthuggers who think Gilbert actually has something.

Also, I've actually seen Gilbert in NFL games. He struggled for sure, but you saw some good things out of him that has me convinced he's just going to be a late bloomer. Maybe I'm wrong. It's MY OPINION. I think that's the other thing too: we are allowed to have our opinions.
BR was so butthurt about weeden but all that was, was most of us having the opinion that he was going to be a bust. And he was lol and that offended him so much that now he's straight gone off his meds and reaching iggy levels.

No, I think that it's you who is trying "too" hard. Weeden's gone and an afterthought. I honestly think that you believe that I sit around all day thinking about Weeden or something. Dude sucks and he's GONE. Until he's a Brown, there's nothing to talk about. I told you the only reason I brought him up. Yes, but unfortunately I don't think it will reflect our record this year. I think they are making good moves, just need to find that fucking QB. Ok, the same thing could be said for Manziel. He was deemed a bust by several before he took a snap yet Gilbert gets a pass. Same thing, different QB. Not until they get a QB. If they keep eeking out 5-6 win seasons, they won't be in a position to get that QB.
