As bad as Manziel, Quinn, and Weeden were, we've actually had a couple that were worse I believe. Look at the defensive players we have swung and missed on. Bark, Warren, Wimbley, etc.sleeper;1735167 wrote:If it weren't for Quinn and Manziel, he may be the worst first round draft pick ever.
Manziel and Quinn are definitely worse (so far) than Weeden, but some of the other flops we had might have been worse.

[h=1]BROWNS COACH: MANZIEL IS 'POLARIZING'[/h]Said Mike Pettine of QB Johnny Manziel today: "People either want him to succeed in a big way or want him to fail in a big way. That adds to the pressure that he's under." Manziel wasn't sharp in minicamp today: He took his last team drill from the shotgun and fumbled three of six snaps.

I'd say the simple fact they scammed a first-rounder out of Indy for him would have to put him a level or two above their worst busts. Getting reasonably-close-to-equal value for him is pretty incredible, especially considering that a lot of superior players don't bring in more than 4-to-7 round picks.iclfan2;1735192 wrote:Trich pick pretty bad seeing as how he got cut.

At worst I think he can be a solid Redzone WR/TE.

Not the least bit shocking...
@MikeCairns5: #Browns announce they have sold out the Orange and Brown Scrimmage at Ohio Stadium. (60,000 tickets) Tix went on sale today

WR is the only position he can actually play in the NFL at. With that said, I think you can still do better than him at WR but it's worth a shot.Commander of Awesome;1736614 wrote:Browns claimed new WR Pryor from the bungals

With any imagination at all, I could see Pryor being an interesting gadget play guy at the very min. He's huge, runs well, throws like a shot putter. Could line up at WR, outside, slot, or even move TE. Big question is can he catch?sleeper;1736621 wrote:WR is the only position he can actually play in the NFL at. Thats the biggest question IMO. I see no reason why he couldn't be used like Jimmy Graham. Listed as a TE, but hardly ever lines up in the position. Now obviously not comparing him in the slighest, just the roles could play.Commander of Awesome;1736636 wrote:With any imagination at all, I could see Pryor being an interesting gadget play guy at the very min. Why wouldn't he be able to catch? I used to play catch all the time in highschool and only dropped the ball a couple times.

Better chance of Pryor not making the team than actually making any plays for the Browns. He is garbage.

He absolutely can catch and he's shown that at Ohio State. My biggest worry is not that he can catch, the big question is can he take hits? He's typically avoided contact his entire career and I don't think he can take hits.Commander of Awesome;1736636 wrote:With any imagination at all, I could see Pryor being an interesting gadget play guy at the very min. Probably this. I have no confidence in him as a player.like_that;1736642 wrote:Better chance of Pryor not making the team than actually making any plays for the Browns. He is garbage.

Also LOL at thinking an OSU team would go 2 games in a season without a TD. Just LOL

An athlete of that caliber can catch the ball, his hand eye coordination is very high, was a top 20 high school basketball player. Basketball requires a lot of hand eye coordination.

The shoe holds 107k. Why would you only give out 60k tickets. I'm not sure I understand that.
