Say what you want but most people I know hate the orange jerseys. I'd rather see them wear those Oregon camo jerseys over that orange crap.

Orange jersey with brown pants looks good.

Not white pants, too much like Clemson.

I dislike white jerseys period. BORING, generic, and no soul. Least go Gray, that's the most common color of the sky in cleveland anyways.

No kidding...this whole re-branding thing has been a truckload of fail. Browns need new PR people lol

Browns wanna run the ball. Twest is an idiot that can't run the right way, The Crow has the worst balance I've ever seen in a RB. That being said, we draft a RB before the 5th round, I'll be fucking pissed.

Shanny didn't do them any favors that's for sure, but I agree. Think we're set at RB.

I'll be very pissed if they take a RB in the 1st or reach for that Perriman kid from UCF at #19.

I agree but I do want to say this because I was thinking about it recently: are the Seahawks anywhere near as effective on offense without Lynch? They're already a team carried by their defense, and I'd argue Lynch is equally, if not more, important to their offense than Wilson.

I know you're thinking, "why the F is this relevant"? Well, maybe it's possible a 1st round back with actual 1st round talent (looking at you T-Rich) is a viable pick for a team whose holes don't need to be filled with a first round talent (maybe needed a RT or a second LB etc.)

I don't mean to say that the Browns don't have other holes or that we should take Gurley; but maybe in some situations drafting a RB earlier might be worth it? This is a post better suited for the random NFL chatter thread but your post sparked something in my head. I expect this to be a minority thought.

Seahawks are really the outlier in this though. Look at Jacksonville when MJD was a stud, or Vikings with AP, or the Rams when Steven Jackson was a stud. Didn't mean much without other pieces. Seahawks have a stud QB, who doesn't turn the ball over (SB play not being the best example), a dominant defense that STOPS the run, and a tremendous home field advantage.

Should also be noted that the hawks didn't spend a 1st round pick on Lynch. Get a defense that can stop the run, an online who can run block, and a QB that doesn't turn the ball over (we have yet to see this in last 16 yrs). Stopping the run and run blocking should be the #1 & #2 priority in the draft. DLINE/Guard/Center. Fancy WR and first round RB wont mean dick if we can't stop the run, and turn the ball over on offense.

I don't know how anyone who has paid attention to the NFL the last 10 years can argue for using a first round pick on a RB. Especially Browns fans who saw us trade up to the third pick for a shitty RB.

I think the Seahawks are the only possible example of having few enough holes that it could even conceivably be worth it. And as COA said they didn't even spend a 1st rounder on Lynch, he fell into their laps.

I'm sort of just trying to think about who is actually going to draft Gurley not saying the Browns should.
