They are getting the better end, IMO. Reggie Jackson is really good.

True. But NY fans are never happy. Probably mad not getting both.

Dion was never going to reach his potential, whatever it may be, for the Cavaliers.

And NY could start building a team around him and Melo. Good trade for NY.

I can't wait to See Dion, RW, and KD all out there at once. It will be magical.

I can't wait to see KD having not one, but now two, ballhogs to stare at incredulously while they don't pass him the ball.

@WojYahooNBA Reggie Jackson is not included in a deal to the Knicks, league sources tell Yahoo Sports. So far, unclear if he's headed anywhere at all.

If they don't get Reggie Jackson, then they fucked up, unless for some reason OKC traded Russ.

I'm happy with smith and shumpert. Shumpert helps us bigtime and smith is good depth. Both like to defend though JR smith not as much as shumpert. Smith is the better scorer but shumpert probably will be in the cavs system. I like the trade a lot. I'd love it is dalembert is included. Only because that'd be a hell of of a haul for dion.

Amundson and Kirk are apparently also included. Don't think the Cavs are getting a big.

Trade adds more back court depth (though Shumpert has been hurt), but we are even thinner on the front court with Amundson and Kirk gone, even though both played sparingly.

Think they'll dump shumpert for a big soon. Isn't his contract valuable?

I'd prefer to keep Shump, and move Smith if possible.

Yup, I have a hard time seeing them moving Shump when they've made it apparent they need help defensively.

Why didn't the cavs have him thrown into the trade? Did they just not want him?
