Well with a disappointing loss in Jacksonville will Cleveland rebound? Will Hoyer have a better game or has he finally been figured out? Will the offensive line get it together? Slide Greco back to RT and move Mcdonald at center?

Maybe the wide outs will catch the ball and West can maybe learn to run north and south instead of east and west. (No pun intended)

Browns get back on track and win.

I think the Raiders will score more than 13 but I think the Browns will win.

I think this is where we find out what the team and coaching staff is made out of. I expect a win.....anybody can have a bad game.....but two losses against bottom feeders would be unacceptable.

At Raiders and I'd pick them but in Cleveland coming off terrible showing you have to figure a big week of preparation and Cleveland wins by 6+

The Browns will win this one by alot. It's at home, and the Raiders are terrible (even worse on the road).

A 3-2 team shouldn't have needed a good humbling like they got, but hopefully they can now stop reading their own press clippings and get back to playing good football.

I'm still pissed about the loss and feel like the rest of the year is ruined...........I can't justify losing to a winless team one third of the way through the season and expect to make the play-offs. For what? One and done? Just to say we made the play-offs? <---long shot now

Whatever.

Go Browns!

Any injury updates? Are we going to get any defensive linemen back this week?

What really scares me with Hoyer is that when our play action isn't working and he has to throw under center and make reads, he tends to get a bit inaccurate and average. He really needs to secure that part of his game before he makes that next jump. Basically you take away our run and we've got nothing, as the jags showed.

Also, stop running west over Crowell. Crow earned his spot backing up Tate, west shouldn't just get it back.

Crowell is better than Tate and should be starting over him. Period. West should be 3rd string.

Definitely a fan of the Crow here. He finds the seam and hits it fast. West could be a good running back but he needs to stop dancing and run north and south. You don't have time in the NFL to be choosy.

Browns are going to have a tough road ahead if they don't fix that center/right guard situation. Hoyer was exposed as a game manager that absolutely needs an effective running game so he can utilize that play action. Five acceptable/good games is greater than one stinker so he gets the benefit of the doubt going forward. If he shits down his leg again against a hapless Raiders team, Pettine needs to start thinking about making some changes.

I expect a win this Sunday but areas of concern are that Derek Carr doesn't take a lot of sacks, the Raiders aren't bad when they get in the red zone and their red zone defense isn't bad. Hopefully, the Browns rushing attack gets back on track this week as Oakland is horrendous against the run. Unfortuanely, so are the Browns.

If this happens, we may see Manziel as soon as next week.

What these Manziel nuthuggers seem to be forgetting in the equation is that it may not be about "how bad Hoyer is playing." It may be that the coaches see that "Johnny isn't picking up the offense fast enough and isn't ready." Maybe the coaching staff sees Hoyer as the lesser of two evils, at this point, and know Manziel's not ready?

Based on preseason and the few passes we've seen in the season, he's far from ready. Needs to improve arm strength for sure.

Hoyer seems to get pissed and play better after jff comes in though, wouldn't mind seeing that happen again. He hasn't played well past 3 games.
