If he's not done physically then mentally he has to be shot.

Just something with their bodies where either they don't heal right or something.

Never vetted my theory, but I've always thought at some point the human body can only take so big/strong/fast before it breaks down. There are obv exceptions.
This might be a better category for him. My 1st thought was D Rose knee is Grant Hill's ankle. You listed quite the group of powerful/fast guys....I think Bo is in a class of his own.

Was it Aikman who Arrington blew up to end his career?

Well when Lebron James ever gets forced out of a 45 loss team, then we can mention them on the same planet. Lee sucks. He would ride the bench on the Cavs and we have no front court.

Done physically. His MVP season was fraud.

He'd be the first big off the bench behind love.

The Cavs would be better off signing me to a league minimum contract off the bench behind Love than paying David Lee $13M to suck ass.

C'mon man David Lee has been 20-10 basically since 08, he's been one of the more underrated players in the league. This year he hasn't been healthy and lost his role to Draymond Green.

David Lee is an above average NBA player.

He's also only a 1 way player. Prob one of the worst defending PF in the game. Him, Userloserboozer, Love.

There aren't very many PF's who are great defenders in the game tbh.

Aldridge, Jefferson, Ibaka, Draymond Green, Zach Randolph, KG, Timmy, Davis are a few off the top of my head. Some of those guys like Timmy/KG are past their prime though, and not sure how great of defenders they are anymore. But they have a rep as being solid to good+ defenders.

David Lee may be a double double machine, like Amare was back in the day, but I'll take a Taj Gibson over him any day of the week.

I like Taj Gibson, just depends on your team need and fit really. Acting like David Lee is some bum thought is ignorant, he's been underrated if anything.

I can't envision any team with David Lee as their 1st, 2nd option as a successful team. What Lee brings is a reb and some scoring. Taj Brings Reb, decent scorer, though not the shooter Lee is, and a + defender. I'll take him any day of the week, on any team over Lee.

David Lee is a less athletic Griffin/Amare to me, which is far from a bum.

Yeah I'm not saying he's a cornerstone player, but he's averaged 20 and 10 quite a few times in his career and seemed to fly under the radar. I always though Taj Gibson could start for almost any team int he league.

I thought we were talking about their age? You did call him old man winter...

Nonetheless, Lee signed a Free Agent contract with Golden State, what team was he forced out of?

That would be outstanding....but so much pressure on that kid. These often fizzle out.

Either you're not watching the Cavs this season, or just saying Love's defense is terrible out of habit.

But, Kevin Love's on ball defense since the pick up of Mozgov has been above average, if not higher. He's not a shot blocker, and he won't be flying in to contest from the helpside. But 1 on 1, man to man, defense he's been very good.

Rondo isn't that good of a player anymore. He MIGHT be a top 15 PG.

KI
Wall
Paul
Curry
Parker
Conley
Teague
Lilliard
Dragic
Lowry
Westbrook?
Bledsoe

Would take all of the above over him without thinking twice.

D-Will
Rubio
Jackson
Knight

Would be the next group that I would listen to arguments for.

Combo guard vs PG is my only explanation.
