Hand-tossed, prefer thinner crust instead of really thick (but not pure "thin-crust" -- not enough substance there). Lots of toppings. Both in that I like a lot of different toppings (pretty much anything but olives and anchovies are cool with me) and I like a lot of toppings on the pizza. There's a new-ish local place in town where they put a shit-ton of toppings on their pizza. You order onions and you get what seems to be an entire bag of them sliced up and coating the pie. That's the fucking bomb. With sauce, I care about quality over quantity. I don't need a lot of sauce, but I prefer it to be spicy and at least flavorful. As far as cheese goes, I'll eat with a lot of it or just a little -- as long as it doesn't mess up the toppings (if there are a ton of toppings, I like more cheese to hold everything together; but if there aren't that many toppings, I'd rather have less cheese so that doesn't overwhelm everything).

I like a thinner type pizza but not as thin as a new york style. I can go both ways on the sauce if its the thinner style I like little sauce. If its a thicker crust I want more sauce. As far as toppings go I like anything except those slimy ass mushrooms that come from a can that most pizza places put on their pizzas.

Medium crust pizza. Light on the sauce. Pepperoni sausage and mushroom. But only sausage that its pressed and crumbled.
