I believe he popped Molly and didn't know it was cut with something else. He had to know he was on something though. If someone slipped it in his drink the Molly high/trip is so strong anyone would know they were on something.

I used to like this DB because I kinda thought he was an overachiever but now he's just another NFL fuck stick. Hope he's permanently injured this year.

If you watched an interview with him, he's not exactly the sharpest tool in the shed. Don't know why he would do anything other than extremely expensive champagne at the Derby. There are lots of people that drink too much and act silly at these events - not so many do anything more. As mentioned above you could tell someone is tweaked, rather than just drunk of expensive booze.
