Obviously there are more whites than blacks in the population by a 5-1 ratio. However, when you factor in the much higher crime rate among blacks, the statistics bear out the fact that there can be no legitimate argument made that there are an excessive amount of blacks deaths at the hands of the police vs. whites.

We shall continue to wait (forever) for the race-baiters and the mainstream media to point this out.
Just to play devil's advocate, you could argue that more blacks are arrested than whites because police do not treat them the same.

You're doing it wrong, it should have went like this:

Quacker, you two bit tea bag licking fucktard, by your own numbers the amount of white people killed by police should be 615. By your own numbers, wayyyyyyy more blacks are killed by population than whites.

Crawl back under your racist right wing holier than though rock from wenst though came demon.

This is why all cops needs cameras and mics on them. So, when they justifiably shoot a black man, these educated/intelligent black protestors, won't protest.

lol'd. Also find it ironic that if Wilson was wearing a camera it would have made MB look even worse and that video would be everywhere right now.

I can't stand the "hands in the air" shit they do

Nobody is throwing their hands up in the air and Getting shot at lol well except for that Carolina incident where the black guy got shot at the gas station. But that cop was completely in the wrong and was fired and will more than likely be incarcerated.

Yep. I'd say this applies to 99% of protests, but this one especially. It's like these people don't have jobs or anything...

But really what are these people protesting or "standing up for". Protesting cops defending themselves vs criminals? Standing up in being a pos? I don't get it.

Most people didn't read any of the evidence or follow up story. When MB was first killed, every news outlet reported in mass hysteria that a white cop shot an unarmed black teen with his hands in the air. I would bet the vast majority still think this happened and any evidence presented otherwise is just some kind of cop conspiracy against black people.

I don't know much about the Gardner case because it hasn't gotten the media attention yet but I'd like to find out why the jury decided against indictment. To me, if the cop choked the guy to death, especially in a city which bans chokeholds, you'd think there would be enough evidence to at least indite. Again, I haven't followed the case.

Apparently you've never met a hood rat. They don't have jobs, they don't have an education, and the reason their lives are so shitty is because of white people and their racism. They don't even want justice, they want to blame whitey for their problems. They don't care bout MB or Garner, they just want to take the perceived moral high ground of "all black lives matter" and act like that's unique or special. How about all lives matter? Or even better, all laws matter. The reality is, if you are black in America, white people aren't killing you; its your own damn people. White cops aren't arresting you because you are black, its because you are breaking the law.

I thought the NYPD cop would get in trouble as well. Like you said, he used an illegal move against someone and that person died. You'd think just based on that, he'd be in some hot shit. Be interested to hear the details of what happened. The video was tough to watch.

The move wasn't illegal, but it was against NYPD policy. I think he should receive the appropriate punishment from the NYPD, but not the legal system.

From my understanding they changed the choke policy after this incident. He didn't choke him to death. he used it to get him to the ground and then let go once he was there. Also, the guy was arrested like 30 times, he's been through the system enough to know that if you resist arrest then police will escalate the situation. Again, he didn't deserve to die, but if didn't obstruct the officers he'd be alive. His shitty health led to his death, not the cops, IMO

It's seen as victim blaming in the black community. He never hurt nobody! The ignorance and delusion is real.
