Yeah totally the same. I'm sure all these Penn State students spent the next 2 weeks looting stores, throwing rocks at police, closing all local schools down, and wearing gas masks while they protested in "peace". No Justice no Peace.

yeah from the beginning of the video the guy was hiding something in his pocket, then continues to disobey police commands to drop what is in his hands. No one can spin this shooting though, so its not getting the same media blitz the Ferguson one is.
