The Civil Rights movement of the 60’s had many racial issue that were presented to America Public attention. One issue was the action of Group Justice (mob rule) which many time lead to mob lynching or beating of individuals. At that time the legal system failed in the upholding Federal, State and Local laws of a fair trial via a court of law. Today what we see In Ferguson is the reversal of what was protested in the 60’s as Group Justice mentality to convict via group pressure for revenge.
Laws, Courts, Police are the fiber that separated the civil from civil anarchy.
Trying to address the issue of police aggressive action and the unfortunate deaths without identifying the other side of the coin of police death 149 averages per year, assaults 59000 per year and serious injury 15000 per year via the multi felon offenders does not solve the problem. Not to mention the Black on Black victims every day that never get mention.
As long as our society/government/leadership and communities continues this path of lowing the standards and expectations of its citizens and citizenship, demise of the family unit and the entitlement of failure…. this is the society of disrespect, lawlessness and civil unrest that will be created.

This kid didn't rob a store, assault a cop, try to steal a gun, resist arrest, or commit any crime. He was shot by a black guy, but you don't see this on the news or anyone calling for justice. He was shot by some piece of shit, but it's "racist" to talk about blacks committing crimes i guess.

Obviously there are more whites than blacks in the population by a 5-1 ratio. However, when you factor in the much higher crime rate among blacks, the statistics bear out the fact that there can be no legitimate argument made that there are an excessive amount of blacks deaths at the hands of the police vs. whites.

We shall continue to wait (forever) for the race-baiters and the mainstream media to point this out.
