The kid was convicted, served time (minus 2 months) required to register every 6 months per the count and judge sentence.

Who to blame for this, let start with the guy who sign off on getting this kid out 2 months early, who did that?

Blame the people and yourself who let Lawyers, Judges and Government System that so diluted our court system with skewed laws, over regulation and conflicting legal verbiage they don’t understand.

This kid is out playing ball because the system tht protects the criminal not the victim or the community that was violated … Perfect example of multiple DUI, Felons, Child Abuse, Domestic Violence offender out on the street, just waiting to do their deed again at tax payer, victim, family and innocent citizen expense.

In Kenton a few years ago many people blamed the coach, AD, Superintendant and also the judge when a few players were convicted of putting a deer stand in the middle of the road and severly injuring 2 kids in a car wreck. The judge sentenced them to whatever it was and said 'to be served after football season' that really split the community. I know for at least 1 game they had sheriff escort the visiting team into town because of rumors that mad citizens in the town would block the bus from coming to protest the kids being allowed to play.

Kid "paid his debt" as determined by the "justice" system. If you want to argue that he should still be in jail I wouldn't disagree, but once a sentence is over I believe it should be over.

The team can still have its own team rules, which could preclude him and other team rule-breakers from playing.

Then he should not have to check in on a periodic basis as a registered sex offender?

His sentence is not over, he's just no longer in jail.

I know when I grew up, I was at least raised in a "sports are a privilege, not a right" household, where my participation was permitted based on me doing things like maintain good grades, do chores and such around the house and not getting into trouble.

Apparently, the Steubtards are just a wee bit different as far as that goes.
