Not sure if I should call the dog warden or not. Yesterday my 10 year old jack russell wandered over to the neighbors yard(it's a big country lot, no fences) and was mauled by their big mut which looks like a lab/pitbull mix. I know they're not liable because it was in their yard however the dog clearly was trying to only kill mine. Tore my dogs chest and neck muscles and skin up however thankfully no arteries or organs were damaged as he put up a heck of a fight. Still the fact he attacked only around the neck and chest area proves this

It was on his property. The dog warden will do nothing except tell you to keep your dog on a leash.

My wife thought she rescued a lost dog as the dog seemed distraught and confused..... To keep him near she kept feeding him those little white powder donuts and by the time she got ahold of the thought to be owner and that person came to check....she fed him an entire bag of Hostess donuts. Once finding out it wasn't the dog she tried to lure it into the car. Dog just kept wandering closer to the nearby house. As she followed the dog she knocked on the door and sure enough....it was their dog. The fog was near it's yard the whole time and the big black dog ate most of those white powered donuts in it's own yard.

I know I'm just trolling but that story and picturing it makes me lol every time.

So since your a shitty dog owner who lets their dog wander away you want another dog punished who was just protecting it's own yard. It's your fault that it happened and if the other dog has any injuries you should pay for them.

Lol the other dog has 90 pounds on mine and I just didn't know just because it was such a vicious attack. I don't let him wander though, my damn grandmother came over and couldn't control all 15 pounds of him putting him on the leash. She's fucking worthless

Don't worry man you'd be saying the same. She refused to babysit me when I was little because it was "a waste of her time" making her son have to switch to midnights so I'd be watched. Then she actually rooted against me once in a soccer game against her town because the neighbor kid was on the other team

I don't have time for your ignorance. The only thing that has me worried was my dog is not violent at all and got mauled like that. Problem is my cousins have little ones and I'm worried if they come over and get close to that yardline something will happen to the toddlers. I mean it's been quite obvious that dog is bad which is why I have a leash in such an expansive yard

Stay away from your neighbor's property.

Their dog did nothing wrong.

Then keep the toddlers inside or build a fence yourself.

Agreed. They safety of you, your dog and any visitors is your responsibility...especially if you have known concerns about your perception of potential danger existing. Your neighbors dog has done nothing wrong.

If the dog hasn't harmed anyone/anything outside of his own yard territory, how is it the concern of anyone else but that property owner?

People are way too obsessed with dogs. If the dog is even the slightest liability to attack a kid if he/she mistakenly steps on to its property, it should be put down immediately. I don't know whether that's the case here, but if what you say is true it certainly could be.

I'm team human, not team stupid fucking animals.

I'd hate to see what you would do if it was kids that got outside the fence.

white people..smh.....just kidding

my buddies inlaws got in a fight and the wife called the cops on the husband who basically did nothing. the cops came and she told her side of the story and was like yea i started it by slapping him. the cop was like did you say you hit him first she was like yea and kept on with her story. the cop was like
ma'mm would you please turn around. and they arrested her. so she basically called the cops on herself.
