Ummmm, sure....but 3 beers in an hour isn't something most people would smell. People who smell are usually well beyond the legal limit.

According to the OC I'm drunk everyday but ive managed to maintain a job that pays me extraordinarily big bucks for years. So there you go.

For a non-cop, it's absolutely true. Even then, you have to be pretty up close and personal to smell alcohol from just 3 beers. In terms of normal conversation distance...no, people won't smell 3 beers in an hour.

You're not allowed to intelligently discuss a topic because clearly your only motivation for doing so is to show everyone how smart you are. Which seems like a strange criticism coming from people crying about free education...but then they're not smart because they aren't educated.
