Tomorrow will mark 41 years of marriage for my wife and I.
Who would have thought that one former beauty queen, educated, socially cultural and talented young 20 year old girl and one broken disabled harden Vietnam veteran, poor, uneducated and uncultured 22 year old unemployed former steel worker would lasted. With support for each other we molded a future, change the direction of our lives, never losing who we are just making each other better than what we thought we could be. Through hardship, struggles, poor decisions, physical pains, financial setbacks and a number of failures we where always in this together for the long haul. Three beautiful homes along the way, three loving daughters, family of grand kids and son in-laws, good health and Christian faith we have what we always wanted from the beginning each other.

Today is a great day, 41 years ago was a great day .... And tomorrow will be just like it was 41 years ago in love.

The 5th year anniversary gift for modern days normally is silverware but I suppose your iron fence counts.

Congrats Belly, the wife and I will be at 12 years at the end of July. Grandparents just had their 60th. Pretty cool.
