All you'd have to do is turn it on, and that would probably cut the whole section.

When are you going to complete the white trashness and add the trampoline?

He knows I'm right.

Yes you do because you know I'm right. The fence and plastic gray plant holders look like crap with such a fine deck near by.

Seriously your deck is great.

Just let down by the $3.99 Lowes plant holders. You can do better.

The planters were $15 and they aren't grey.

The deck looks unfinished .... maybe a pergola with hang flower pots ... should be added next year..

My wife wants me to build a pergola with some type of enclosure system on the sides to keep out the bug in the evening...

I was thinking the same thing. It looks nice, but the location or surroundings need some work.

Everything low, ground level need something to give the deck height and with that wall that even does more to make the deck look small. Generally decks has a railing that give the overall structure more depth and height.
i have a stone patio that three feet off the ground, I added a flower bed around the edge with mid size height flowers and a patio set with a big umbrella

note: looks nice and good craftsmanship ( black zip tie mofo)
Daughter has the same fence at her house, she could get the fence to hold together in those L shape latch/hole brackets..... Solution small piece of tar in the hole bracket and shove the L shape latch into it .... It's not going anywhere soon...

Built a pergola with my dad at my parents house last year. Fun little project and they love it.

I do want to do something along the back wall. We have some coneflower's planted back there that our neighbor thinned out from their garden. We will see how they do. If that isn't enough I might build some sort of trellis along the back and grow some vining plants.

lolfail You're mistaken.

It's obvious what the iron fence is for because you'd have to be really white trash to add it for no reason.

If you want to keep the dog (whatever) out of the garden : picket fence on the edge of your garden bed. It would also give you more yard.

At the least a chicken wire fence around the garden would look better than that stupid zip tied iron fence.

Interesting that your dog bothers the garden. I'll be getting chickens soon and plan to free range them some. I'll have to come up with something to keep them out of the garden.

It's no longer zip tied, I said that was for installation. You are putting way too much thought in to my yard, btw.

They climb in the raised bed but they don't really dig. We also have a flower bed on that side of the yard that they like to climb in and piss on, and subsequently kill, the flowers.

Also, let the chickens roam around in your garden. They will weed it for you.

Just ban salto/said/sizzlepig/HOFoncoattails, and be done with it. Can't you see how worthless of a human being he is?

Do they really want to ban 10% of the active posting members?

I think a rabbit may have gotten my lettuce already but not sure as just one of the three is gone.....

Can't you see how worthless your posts calling for the heads of said's aliases are?

Give it a rest. It's more annoying than studying through his other potential usernames.

Hope this helps

Welp, that takes away about everything I could add as input on this topic. But the place looks pretty sweet. Who needs a garage when you can have a sweet party-deck!

I wasn't aware. I've read that a lot of people let their chickens free range in their gardens to eat bugs and weeds.

If you are indeed new, you can ignore etb. He's not the sharpest knife in the drawer. In fact, he might start a thread soon asking what "sharpest knifes in the drawer" means because he can't figure it out on his own
