I would be shocked if most (as you claim) people have ever said some of the things he said, without it being in a joking (ie, making fun of a stereotype) manner.
Of course we have all said dumb shit in private, but I have never said anything like he has. Never something that would get me fired from a job.
I make fun of Asian women driving, blacks eating fried chicken, etc. Ive never gone on a rampage about not wanting to be in the presence of someone or be associated with them or said they are where they are because I provided for them. I mean, thats just straight ignorant and racist. I would be willing to bet the majority of us are NOT that way.
