1) What does it say about Sterlings business associates that he was totally OK with his g/f doing whatever she wants with black guys (including sleeping with them), he just doesn't want his friends seeing it on instagram?

2) This is a super easy, gossipy case of racism so everyone feels comfortable jumping on their high horse.

3) It gets real about 4:45 when he talks about real racism - housing discrimination in Chicago.

Like any longstanding organization created by humans it is subject to corruption. Even those organizations created with the most noble intent. As they grow larger and time progresses they become infected with those seeking personal gain. A vehicle for accumulating personal power and wealth. That is not on the whole a bad thing but in organizations like the NAACP, charities, religious, and yes government... it is a bad thing.

It's sad and should not be tolerated. Just like government crooks who get caught with hands in the cookie jar,those NAACP people who gave this idiot one lifetime award and was about to give another one should be ousted from there positions from that organization. They of all people should have known what a joke that owner was. Housing discrimination and employee discrimination. It's crazy that this stuff got by the national media.

Let me put it this way. Unless it is an issue that is hyped up in the media the NAACP is no where to be found.
