I am 30 so I am somewhere in the middle of the old/young music debate.

How anyone can listen to techno/dance music when they are not actually dancing/partying is beyond me. If I am at a music fest or concert, its fun. Riding in my car or just sitting in my house that crap is unbearable.

Everyone has their own preference.

I can't listen to country unless I'm in my hometown and crushing canned Budweiser midday.

It is becoming more and more popular/mainstreak because it is more pop/rock than country.

Garth Brooks and Shania Twain were great at that, and now....and I am not sure how she is considered country, but Taylor Swift, has forced country into the mainstream..
