Lineup comes out tomorrow morning but rumored headliners are Eminem, skrillex, arctic monkeys and kings of Leon. I usually buy as many tickets as possible and then re-sell them at 3 or 4x the price once the event gets closer.

Although I am being a bit of a hypocrite, I attempted to buy a pair of Ultra tickets to flip and their servers crashed . It also did it last year.
It's just bullshit that people are allowed to checkout large quantities of tickets with the sole intent to sell.
I was able to buy a Mysteryland ticket about an hour after they went on sale, it was surprisingly easy.

Is it normal to have to buy tickets before a lineup comes out? Rock on the Range is the only big show I have ever been to, but it just seems weird.

It seems to be getting more popular. I've never done it before, until Mysteryland came about. I bought the tickets 3 months back, the lineup came out 2 weeks ago.

Don't buy three day passes. I've have went the last few years and tickets are always being sold cheap outside each day. You can get a ticket each day for $50 at most and usually cheaper. The after shows are the tickets you really should be worried about.

Eminem, Childish Gambino, Outkast and Calvin Harris is a pretty nice collection of headliners, though admittedly live rap is pretty blah. BTNH sucks live and that's my favorite group of all-time.

Calvin Harris should not be considered a headliner by one of the top 3 music festival in America. This is probably the worse top 6 Lolla has ever had the undercard better be stacked. I would rather do forecastle and see jack white and Outkast.
