I didn't know McKinley football needed saved. They have lost a few in a row to Washington high school but they will win that game sooner rather than later in that series. I do think Mcdaniels will bring them to a title game whith in the next 3 years.

I agree with you that McKinley has a better chance of reaching the state title game with Massillon in D2. We have dominated them in the playoffs.

That was a big move when we brought him up from Canton South last year. With the talent from this year's combine, everyone is replaceable.

This is true whether people like it or not. I am not a Washington fan but this is 100% correct. You have to give them credit.

Thank you. I am glad to see that you are in awe of our program. Maybe you will be able to get the autographs of some of our players after our glorified scrimmage against you.

There is such thing as the modern era in some sports. NFL the modern era and basically starts at the SB time frame where there was a legit way of deciding a champion. The browns have alot of championships before that people dont really consider as being as great as a SB title.

Same can be said about HS FB pre-playoff days.

There is absolutely no way, especially 20,30,40 50+ years ago that a group of voters would have anything more than a guess as to whom is the best team in any given state, and nationally? Give me a break.

I was on a team that was ranked in the top 15 (11th or 13th I think) nationally in the USA today way back in the day and to be honest, we wondered about how they could even decide that.

It is only Steeler fans that think that football was invented in 1966 (first Super Bowl), 1970 (merger), 1974(Steelers first Super Bowl win) and use logic that older championship don't count. The bottom line is that until someone wins that 10th national championship, we have best program historically in the entire country.

Didnt say they dont count, just saying they are looked upon by most people as not as important as the modern era.

But whatever floats your boat.

Until Massillon can start winning some of the field I will take our state titles over their paper ones every day of the week.

Most football fans will say a win is a win. It is only the hillbilly Stiller fans that like to create when football started. In your world, when did football start?

Considering he started the Massillon trolling gimmick to piss off Skank, but after Skank mainly left (only popping up every great once in a while, such as on here), he just keeps doing it for reasons unknown, my guess is infinitely stupid.

Why did ESPN bestow the name of "Title Town" on Valdosta then? Nationally I believe they are now more recognized than Massillon as the all-time best HS Football program.

Valdosta only have 6 national championships in football compared to our 9. It looks like you fall into the "If I heard it on ESPN, it must be true crowd" instead of doing your own research.

ESPN does have a tendency to believe that sports were invented in 1979.

HS "National Championships" are the most asinine claim to relevence ever concocted. Its national recognition that is the deciding factor on how much SWAG a program has...and face it Tiger fans your SWAG has been dropping like a Malaysian Airliner the past decade.

Championships are what measure greatness in sports. I have to laugh at the national recognition comment. Tim Tebow is a qb that has some of the most national recognition (especially among non-football fans), according to your logic, that makes him a great qb.
