So, looking a bit forward, I just read that the Virginia/MSU and Kentucky/Louisville will be on at the same time on Friday. That's a bit disappointing that (IMHO) the most exciting two match-ups will be happening simultaneously.

I just cant see him being effective in the NBA with his style. The pace of his game seems just so slow and methodical and im not sure how that will go over in the NBA when hes matching up against the Paul Georges, Lebron James and Carmelo Anthony's of the league.

And he does not have the size( or athleticism to make up for lack of size) or strength to play the PF IMO. Hes kind of a tweener and im not sure really where he'll fit in. Guess it depends on what type of system he falls into in the draft, assuming someone will obviously take a shot at him mid-late first round

LOL, what makes you think 4 S16 teams would tell you anything about the rest of the pool?...and I wasn't talking about the S16 I was talking about 4 teams I need to advance to the Elite 8 to win.

And they only staggered the starts 12 minutes when on Thursday they staggered it 32 minutes. That makes 0 sense.

Fortunately the schedule lines up about perfect so I know what I need in later games based on what happens in the early ones.

Maybe this was talked about and I missed it but on espn radio they were talking to Stanford players about some ku players not knowing who they were in a video..but they didn't elaborate. Anyone hear about it or see it?

At a pre game press conference, a reporter asked Wiggins and Selden about Chasson Randle, and they giggled because they didn't really know anything about him. Obviously they know now.

Stanford definitely has plenty to draw from the motivation well. I really hope the Cardinal reach the Final Four. It'd be the first time since 1998 and would really help to put Stanford basketball back on the national map, where it was for so many years under Mike Montgomery. I always enjoyed those teams and never understood why that success couldn't be maintained post-Montgomery.

There are those that think UK really dodged a bullet when they "lost out" on Wiggins. The guy has amazing athletic ability but apparently has some maturity issues.

Stanford has the size to beat Dayton and Florida. I wouldn't be surprised to see the Cardinal dancing at the Final Four.
