If the Browns had half the success in the past 10 years of those top 5 teams, this would be a no brainer for the dipshits who ran the list. Our team was taken away from us and was gone for four years. Since returning we have seen ONE playoff win. Despite all that, every game is still sold out. We have a fucking Browns Backers club in Sri Lanka, and at one time had one in Kuwait. The Browns backers bar in DC gets over 200 people, and we still get about 150 toward the end of the season when we are looking at 5 wins. Whenever you cross paths with a browns fan in another city, it's not the usual hoo rah rah shit. We normally end up in a conversation. Most fan bases don't have that. Not to mention in all of this is a 30 for 30 is being done on BROWNS FANS. How many fucking documentaries are being done for other fan bases? My top 5 in no particular order would be the Browns, Eagles, Chiefs, Bills, and Packers. As for the rest of the top 5 that was on the list:
Broncos: Don't really have a gripe with them, just they aren't in my top 5.
Saints: L O L. These fans were non existent before Katrina. After Katrina they had the one season of being "united" for their city, then the following season they were gifted Drew Brees and the rest is history. Their owner was about to move their team because he couldn't fill seats. Once Brees is gone, they will go back to being shitty fans.
Patriots: As I said before, they wouldn't be able to tell you Drew Bledsoe is the one who led the team to win the 2002 AFC title. This is another team that once they lose their HOF QB and come back to earth for a couple years, their fans will disappear. Kraft talked about how his games were blacked out all the time before Brady arrived. Not to mention most Patriots fans are severely lacking in the knowledge of the game outside of the basics and star players. "Derp Tom Brady" is the most you can get out of them. When was the last time you heard anyone say "the new england region is a hot bed for football," in the last 30 years? Exactly, Pats fans are shitty and can GFT.
Ravens: They can GFT as well. I lived in the national capital region when they won their first SB. Prior to that they were the little brothers of the redskins and were always in their shadow. All of a sudden they win a SB, and everyone is jumping their nuts. "DERP DEFENSE! DERP RAY LEWIS!" Now you just have a bunch of jock chasing dip shits who would get on their knees in a heart break for a murderer thug.
Steelers: Not in the top 5, but LOL at anyone who says they are top 5. The last two years were their first .500 seasons (note: not an abysmal 4 to 5 win season) and all of a sudden their attendance drops. If that is not a pure sign of bandwagons and a fair weather fan base, then I don't know what is. DOn't give me this shit about "blah blah they travel well!" Yeah, all those redneck yinzers can afford to fly to the west coast to "take over" stadiums /sarcasm. No dipshit those are called bandwagon fans who wanted to be part of a winning brand so they hopped on the Steelers bandwagon. They have absolutely ZERO connection to the city of Pittsburgh, and most likely never even been in the state of PA let alone in Pittsburgh. Pittspuke fans are spoiled mentally weak little shits. Two .500 seasons and they already want to give up? LOL. I can't imagine what will happen if they don't make the playoffs for a third straight year.
tl;dr: Browns are easily top 5, pittsburgh fans can go fuck themselves.
Asshole lol
I'd go...
1. Packers
2. Chiefs
3. Broncos
4. Browns

6. Vikings
7. Bills
But I do agree with a lot of your post.
