You're right, I had them confused with being behind Bama.wildcats20;1669733 wrote:No, no they weren't.
Still will be around 15 or so. Only Georgia lost of all the 1-loss teams.

Ole Miss was a good story, kind of feel bad for them they are out of it now. All part of playing in the SEC west I guess. Any other conference in America they are probably still undefeated right now.

Well, besides ASU and Utah, someone loses there. ASU too. Other than that, everyone else won except Georgia.

Yes, what a disheartening result on the signature play of the Ole Miss season!Ironman92;1669711 wrote:Man...life isn't fair. I feel terrible for Treadwell

But losing in that way by 3 to #3, surely they won't fall into double digits.Azubuike24;1669734 wrote:You're right, I had them confused with being behind Bama.

The top 9 though, Miss St, Florida St, Auburn, Oregon, Alabama, TCU, Mich St, Kansas St and Notre Dame are definitely ahead of them. You will then still have 5 other 1-loss teams (Arizona (if they win), Baylor, Arizona St/Utah, Ohio St and Nebraska).mhs95_06;1669743 wrote:But losing in that way by 3 to #3, surely they won't fall into double digits.
All of those teams will be coming off either convincing wins over bad teams or quality wins. I see Ole Miss being 15th.

Announcer in Navy/ND game.
"May have been blocked."
Nope, it only went 8 yards, was 25 yards to the left and wobbling end over end because he just can't kick :RpS_glare:

LOL at Speilman saying that Ole Miss drops below Ohio State. Ole Midd will stay in the top ten. Very little will change after this week.

He really thinks Ole Miss will beat MSU? Also, Rebs at Arkansas won't be a cake walk. I really don't see them finishing 5th as a 2-loss team.Ironman92;1669748 wrote:McShay's Final 4 (end of season)

I understand Ole miss lost 2 straight to ranked opponents. But they better fall out of the top 10. 2 in a row is 2 in a row.

Both Zona teams winning at half.
5) Oregon at 17) Utah
6) Alabama at 19) LSU
9) Kansas State at 7) TCU
16) Ohio State at 8) Michigan State
10) Notre Dame at 14) Arizona State
13) Baylor at 18) Oklahoma
A lot of things are going to become opened up after next week. A lot of 1-loss teams will be eliminated next weekend. I think we can all agree that only a 2-loss SEC team has any chance, and IMO, that's unlikely as well. 1-loss or less is the gold standard.

You don't want to get into a kicking battle with Utah. Their kicker is awesome.

I'm interested to see the AP and Coaches polls tomorrow. They had very different views than what the committee revealed this week. I'm interested to see if they change around a whole bunch based on where the committee had teams.

I wondered the same thing. Or will the coaches just laugh at the committee and rank them as they see fit? We'll see.sherm03;1669773 wrote:I'm interested to see the AP and Coaches polls tomorrow.
